Mr. Harman is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. His practice emphasizes general commercial litigation involving commercial contracts, securities law, fraud and other civil wrongs, and appeals. Mr. Harman also has experience with Federal and State firearms laws and regulations, as well as campaign finance and elections law.
Mr. Harman has practiced in both state and federal courts across the country and is admitted to practice in Utah, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Harman has been selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Mountain States Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation for the years 2015 and 2016.
