Mr. Richards is an associate working with the firm’s business transactions and early stage venture group. He advises clients on a wide variety of business law matters including business formations, structures, strategic reorganizations, franchises and trademarks, venture capital financing, bank financing, regulatory issues, internet law, and other business transactions. Mr. Richards is also heavily involved in the outdoor retail and services industries.
