Background & Experience:

Mr. Sellers joined Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere as a law clerk in 2016 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2017. Mr. Sellers is currently an associate at the firm practicing corporate and general business law.

Mr. Sellers assists clients with various business law matters, including entity formation for early-stage companies, restructuring, corporate governance, venture capital financings, private mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. He also prepares various contracts for clients based on their specific needs, including SaaS and other software license agreements.
