Mr. Merriman is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. His practice emphasizes general commercial litigation involving contract disputes, trade secrets and employee mobility, securities litigation, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Merriman also has experience in administrative practice, appeals, construction law, and real property litigation, including government takings and boundary disputes.
