Background & Experience:

Paul Johnson’s practice is concentrated on assisting individuals and entities with the negotiation and documentation of real estate acquisition, development, financing, and disposition matters, as well as various other types of debt financing and commercial transactions. He assists clients of various types, from institutional lenders to real estate developers to small businesses, in structuring debt financing, joint ventures, and other business relationships and transactions. In addition, Paul’s practice includes assisting clients with business acquisitions and dispositions, the formation and structure of limited liability companies and other entities, and commercial leasing transactions.

Previously, Paul practiced with the corporate and estate planning department of a law firm in Provo, Utah.
